Breckenridge associations are not typical HOAs. Many owners live somewhere else, units turn over as rentals, and boards are often volunteers juggling dues, insurance and big shared bills from out of state. We are a small accounting firm based in Frisco, about 20 minutes away. Your board gets monthly financials, owner billing and a real person who picks up the phone.
“This is just the sort of professional input and guidance the HOA had been sorely missing.”
Kevin, Base 9 Condominiums board, Breckenridge
Most associations pay a flat monthly fee. Our minimum is $200 a month, and a 60-unit association typically runs about $500 to $625. The federal 1120-H return is $400 for up to 50 units, $500 for 51 to 150 and $600 for 151 or more. There is no long-term contract: either side can end it with 90 days notice. See full pricing
Yes. Most of our mountain associations are mostly second-home owners. Statements, reminders and the board packet all go by email.
Usually not. We work in QuickBooks Online and in whatever the association already uses, such as AppFolio. Your signers stay on the accounts.
We meet with boards during business hours. For evening meetings, we send everything the board needs ahead of time.
Yes. We prepare the federal Form 1120-H. We do not do audits, reviews or compilations. If your documents require one, we prepare everything your CPA needs. More on audits
