HOA and Condo Accounting in Keystone

Keystone is about 15 minutes from our Frisco office. We keep the books for condo and townhome associations around the resort villages and the neighborhoods along Highway 6. Boards get monthly financials on a fixed date, bills paid only after the board approves, and a local team they can call.

What is different about Keystone associations

What we handle every month

Fifteen minutes away

Most work happens by email, phone and video. When a records handoff or meeting goes better in person, Keystone is a quick drive up Highway 6 from Frisco. Board meetings are during business hours.

What it costs

A flat monthly fee based on the size of the association and how much activity it has, starting at $200 a month. No long-term contract, just 90 days notice. The fee adjusts 3% a year after the first year. See HOA accounting cost for real examples, and HOA tax returns for the yearly Form 1120-H.

Common questions

Do you work with associations in the Keystone villages?

Yes. We work with condo and townhome associations around the resort villages and the neighborhoods nearby.

Many of our units are in a rental program. Is that a problem?

No. We keep the association’s money separate from owner rental money. We do not run the rental program itself.

Can you handle a sub-association inside a master association?

Yes. We keep each association’s books separate and track what the sub-association owes the master.

Can you work alongside our property manager?

Yes. Many managers keep operations and hand us the accounting. We are an accounting firm, not a management company.

What does it cost?

From $200 a month, based on size and activity. No long-term contract, just 90 days notice.

What would association accounting cost us?

One screen, about a minute. You will get a real range built on your own numbers and what your board actually wants handled, not a brochure number.
