In 2026, two Denver metro associations moved their accounting to Powder Accounting Group. Different communities, same reason: they wanted to be able to reach their accountant.
A central Denver brownstone association (July 2026)
The board used to assemble bank statements itself before every meeting. Now it gets a complete monthly packet on a set schedule and reviews it instead of building it. When a question comes up, the treasurer calls and talks to a person.
A large south metro community (August 2026)
The board came to us wanting three things: a monthly packet it could actually read, a person who answers the phone, and control of every payment. It got all three. Payments still go out only after the board approves them.
Why it worked
Neither board needed anything exotic. They needed the basics done on time by people they could reach. That is the whole idea behind how we work, and we drive to the Front Range when a meeting goes better in person.
Board references are available on request.
